In the five years we've been "finding mary" around Lake County our experience in the Madison area has been limited. For live entertainment, the other venues in Madison have a hard time competing with the WAGON WHEEL. It is the marquis club in eastern Lake County to bring a band. So it brings us great pride to have finally landed some appearances there. Butch, T-Yeti and The Cowboy are happy to be "finding mary" at the Wagon Wheel and  hope to be for a long time. We also hope all of our eastern Lake and western Ashtabula fans will make the "Wheel" their home when we're there.

Our September appearance at "THE WHEEL" was our best in a long while. In spite of the Ohio State debacle the crowd was awesome and stuck around and danced til the end.  Our mix of styles was a big hit. In fact, our last set was two-thirds or better country songs. We've even talked about doing a country project and maybe bringing in another guitar player to help out just because the country styuff really seems to go over well. Regardless a great time was had by all and we thank Max, Rog, Jo and everyone at "THE WHEEL" for a succesful night and look forward to returning Saturday, October 18th. I have to give proper credit where it's due. We pulled an old Don Henley tune , "Heart of the Matter" out in the third set  that our drummer Butch sings and I have to say he sang it with great feeling and emotion. Butch and I snip at each other in good fun from time to time but all kidding aside, great job Butch. We should put that back in the regular rotation.
